Return Policy

We are committed to offer the best products available, however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 14 days. Special Order, Commission and Clearance Products are not eligible for return or refund.

We appreciate your comment on why you return the product, but any return is handled on a 'No questions asked' basis.

The conditions for returning your product are:

• This offer is only valid for a maximum of 1 physical product, not for quantity orders.
• This offer is not valid for services and non-physical products.
• Return the complete product with all supplied accessories.
• Return the product in its original box to VDS within 14 days of delivery. As date of delivery we use the date provided by our carrier.
• Only undamaged and complete returned products are viable for refunding the purchase amount minus shipping costs.
• The shipping cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.
