Shipping & Delivery

Standard Shipping

We usually ship using US Postal Service.

For non-US-Countries, where standard shipping is offered, we use either postal services or the cheapest available option, available to VDS.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping is offered with FedEx. Customer is responsible for additional costs of Express Shipping.

Transit times are for all available European countries, The United States and Canada in general 1–2 working days, except for remote or rural areas.

Delivery and delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier. VDS does not guarantee delivery times, only the transfer to the carrier for delivery.

Emergency?

If for any reason you need a faster delivery than offered with our Express Service, or you need to be absolutely sure that it will be delivered before a certain date.
